Q: How can I keep track of my Pre-Order?
A: Pre-orders can be managed, checked, amended, or canceled at any time before it's shipped. Simply click the link in your confirmation email or by emailing us at support@satechi.com.
Q: Can you I use my Loyalty Reward Points on the Pre-Order?
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to use your Loyalty Reward Points for the Pre-Order. However, valid discount codes will be accepted during the checkout process for the Pre-Order. Customers are required to manually input the code at the time of checkout to see the discount applied.

Free Shipping
We offer Free 2-Day Shipping on US orders only over $100, some exclusions apply. This promotion applies to eligible items only and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
International Orders
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders. Shipping fees for international orders will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Customer is responsible for additional duties and taxes per destination country regulations and must be paid by the purchaser.

Promotional Periods
During promotional periods, additional terms and conditions may apply. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed prior to sale period.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (does not include weekends). Please allow additional time for shipping, especially during peak promotional periods.
Coupon Usage
Stacking Coupons: Coupons cannot be stacked together. Only one coupon code can be used per order.
Coupons and Loyalty Points: Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with loyalty points. You may choose to use either a coupon or loyalty points for a single purchase.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States might incur additional costs due to import taxes, customs duties, and various fees, including VAT (Value Added Taxes). These charges are determined by the destination country and are your responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot predict these charges as they are imposed by your local government. For more information on customs policies or specific duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please note that international orders will not be eligible for refunds if you fail to pay these import duties, taxes, or fees.
