RETURNS & WARRANTY

Items purchased from Satechi may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item price for any reason.

RETURNS

Contact us with your order number to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without a valid RMA will not be refunded. Refunds will be applied to the original method of purchase.

• Items must be in new condition including all accessories and packaging.

• Satechi will provide a free return shipping label for customers in the US.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• International orders will not be refunded for failure to pay import duties, taxes or fees.

• Refunds are limited to the total amount paid.

1 YEAR WARRANTY

All items purchased from Satechi will be replaced at Satechi’s discretion with the same or similar product if found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one year of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required and must include item(s), price, date of purchase, and seller.

Customers outside of the US will be responsible for shipping the defective unit back.

Warranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, operation outside of the intended use, or damage caused by accident, or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Satechi product used in connection with the product.
