NEW: Share Your Item Location with Airlines (or Anyone You Trust) 

One of the most powerful — and often overlooked — features of Apple’s Find My network is the ability to share the location of your FindAll™ items with others. This is especially helpful while traveling. 

For example: 

• Flying to your destination? Share your luggage location with the airline so they can assist if your bag gets lost or delayed. 

• Coordinating with family or friends? Let them track shared items in real time for added convenience. 

• Working with hotel staff or customer service? Share your item's last known location for faster assistance.

Top Customer FAQs, Answered 

Is FindAll™ compatible with Android devices? 

At this time, FindAll™ is designed exclusively for Apple’s Find My network and requires an iPhone or iPad for initial setup and an iPhone, iPad, or Mac for tracking. That said, we’re actively monitoring demand and passing all Android requests along to our product development team for future consideration! 

Does FindAll™ support Apple’s Precision Finding? 

FindAll™ supports approximate location tracking and audible pinging using its built-in speaker, but does not currently support Apple’s Ultra Wideband Precision Finding feature. You’ll still be able to quickly locate your items within a reliable range using the Find My app. 

How do I charge my FindAll™ device? 

Charging is simple — just place your FindAll™ accessory on any Qi, Qi2, or MagSafe wireless charger. LED indicators will let you know when your device is fully charged and ready to go. 

How long does the battery last? 

Depending on which FindAll™ accessory you’re using, you can expect anywhere from 5 to 16 months of battery life per charge. No disposable batteries to swap. No hassle.

How far does the tracking work? 

FindAll™ devices typically work reliably up to 20 meters (approx. 65 feet) indoors and up to 50 meters (approx. 165 feet) outdoors for nearby locating. Beyond that, Find My uses Apple’s encrypted network of millions of Apple devices to help you locate items even when you’re far away. 

Is FindAll™ waterproof or weather-resistant? 

The FindAll™ Card and FindAll™ Keychain carry a robust IP66 rating, meaning they’re fully sealed against dust and can shrug off powerful water jets—perfect for sudden downpours, coffee spills, and life on the move. Our other FindAll™ accessories haven’t been assigned an official IP rating yet, but they’re still engineered with the same premium materials and tight-tolerance construction you expect from Satechi. 

Can I track multiple items at once? 

Absolutely. You can add and manage multiple FindAll™ devices right from your Find My app, making it easy to track keys, bags, glasses, and more — all in one place.
