DisplayLink Manager – Microsoft Windows Installation Instructions

1. Go to https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads/windows

   

2. Click Agree. After reading the terms. 

   

3. Download will show in the top right corner of the Window 

   

4. Open the .exe file once is has finished downloading 

5. You will get a pop up for install Click Yes. DisplayLink Core Software installs. 

     

6. The System Compatibility Check then runs. 

   

7. Click Install (if the System Compatibility Check passes). If the System Compatibility Check does not pass (see below for an example) please see this article for more information.  

   

8. Connect your DisplayLink enabled device  

   

9. Upon detection of a DisplayLink enabled device DisplayLink Graphics installs.

   

10. You are then informed when installation of DisplayLink software has completed.

    

11. Reboot your PC to complete the installation.

YOU CAN ALSO INSALL THE SOFTWARE THROUGH MICROSOFT STORE

1. Click the Windows icon 

2. Click Microsoft Store 

3. Type in “DisplayLink Manager” 

4. Click “Get” 

5. Software will download and Install. 

6. Select open 

7. You should see one of the following screens (Monitor listings may differ depending on your setup)
